Set a calm, thoughtful scene with Soul Sticks Little Smudgies White Sage tea light candles. The package identifies this variety as White Sage and lists white sage leaves and essential oil. Inside are 12 compact smudge candles in individual metal tea light cups, with an approximately four-hour burn time stated on the box for each candle. Their small size makes them easy to place on a candle-safe altar, beside a journal, or in a cozy room where you would like candlelight and a white sage botanical aroma.

For use, take one tea light out of the box and place its metal cup inside a heat-resistant tea light holder. Set the holder on a level, nonflammable surface, straighten the wick, and light it in a well-ventilated room. Lighting a candle may mark the beginning of meditation, reflection, or a personal intention ritual. Keep the other candles stored in their box until needed.

Candle safety: Never leave a lit candle unattended or burn it near curtains, paper, dried herbs, or other flammable materials. Keep it out of reach of children and pets and away from drafts. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before relighting. Do not add loose botanicals or oils to the wax. Extinguish the flame before leaving the room or going to sleep, and allow the hot metal cup and wax to cool fully before touching or moving them.
