Below is our official Shipping Policy outlining the hows, whens, and wheres of our fulfillment process.

📦 Order Processing Time

Each order is hand-packed with care, herbs, and a sprinkle of gratitude. Please allow 4–7 business days for order processing before shipment, unless otherwise specified on the product listing.

  • Custom items or made-to-order blends may take up to 7 business days to process.

  • Orders placed during high-volume times (e.g., holidays, sabbatical moons, seasonal launches) may experience slight delays. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer domestic U.S. shipping only at this time via USPS and UPS, depending on your chosen method and location. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Shipping Options:
  • USPS First-Class Package: 3–7 business days (for lightweight orders)

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days (recommended for heavier items or bulk orders)

Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $75.00 USD.

🌎 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Please note that once an order leaves our hands, the timing is subject to the courier’s control, weather patterns, and in rare cases—retrograde chaos.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

📬 Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

🌒 Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS—please select USPS if using a P.O. Box.

  • Certain herbal items may be restricted in specific states due to legal or agricultural regulations. We will notify you if your order is impacted.

📦 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We package your items with protective care, but if your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us. While we cannot refund orders lost due to theft or incorrect addresses, we will do our best to assist in locating or resolving the issue.

🚫 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur additional reshipping fees. If you notice an error, email us immediately at sagewoodstone@gmail.com—we may be able to catch it before the order is shipped.

🏡 Local Pickup & Delivery 

Orders can be picked up on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9a-3p at the SageWoodStone boutique shop at the Oldsmar Flea Market.
