Return Policy

At SageWoodStone, each creation is handcrafted with intention, care, and a whisper of magic. Due to the nature of our artisan goods and the spiritual energy imbued in many of our offerings, we maintain a strict but fair refund and return policy in accordance with U.S. consumer protection guidelines.

All Sales Are Final on Select Items

For safety, purity, and energetic integrity, the following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturer’s error:

  • Bath & Body Products (e.g., salves, soaps, scrubs, oils, etc.)

  • Herbal Teas & Edible Goods

  • Spiritual Tools such as conjure oils, ritual blends, incense, powders, and spell kits

We do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances related to personal preference, change of intention, or ritual outcomes. Once these items leave our apothecary, they are considered energetically and hygienically sealed.

📦 Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Do not discard the package or contents.

  2. Take clear photographs of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label.

  3. File a claim directly with the postal carrier (USPS or UPS), as they are responsible for damages incurred during transit.

  4. If necessary, we will assist in submitting required documentation to support your claim.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by the carrier unless a successful postal claim is approved.

🔄 Manufacturer Error or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or a product with a proven manufacturer defect (e.g., mislabeled, broken, or spoiled upon arrival and not due to shipping):

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Email sagewoodstone@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

↩️ Return Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized (such as for incorrect or defective items), the following conditions apply:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed minus the original shipping cost paid.

💳 Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
