Soul Sticks Little Smudgies 7 Chakra tea light candles offer a compact candle for a chakra-themed altar or reflective practice. The package calls this variety 7 Chakra Candle and identifies 7 chakra crystals and essential oil. The box contains 12 small smudge candles in individual metal cups, each marked with an approximately four-hour burn time. The colorful details visible in the wax and the chakra motif on the packaging make this set a fitting addition to a personal meditation space or a thoughtful gift for someone who enjoys candle rituals.

Remove one tea light from the box and place the metal cup inside a heat-resistant tea light holder on a flat, stable, nonflammable surface. Straighten the wick, light it in a well-ventilated space, and use the moment for quiet reflection or your own intention-setting practice. Keep the other tea lights in the package until ready for use. Avoid touching any decorative material while the candle is burning or hot.

Candle safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, fabric, paper, dried herbs, and other flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before relighting, and do not add oils, crystals, or loose materials to the wax. Extinguish the candle before leaving the room or going to sleep; allow the wax, metal cup, and any decorations to cool completely before handling or discarding.
