• Prepare enough loose tea for one 6 oz cup in a tea infuser or strainer.

• Heat water to 208°F.

• Steep 3–5 minutes, then strain or remove the infuser.

Enjoy hot or let it cool and pour over ice. Add a splash of lemon juice and watch the blue brew shift toward lavender or purple. For a lemonade-style iced drink, add lemon juice to taste.
